WHAT’S THE SCHEDULE?

4:30pm - Ceremony Start
5:00pm - Cocktail Hour
6:00pm - Dinner/Reception
10:00pm - Party’s Over

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Please plan to arrive no later than 4:15pm. The ceremony will start at 4:30pm sharp.

INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Both the ceremony and reception will be outdoors.

WHAT DO I WEAR?

Wear your most festive and fashionable semi-formal attire. Florida can be unpredictable, but we’re hoping it will be tropical and warm—78ish. For the Florida/Central American natives who don’t experience winters, maybe bring a light sweater or jacket in case it dips below that. Snow Birds, feel free to make fun of us.

OK, BUT SPECIFICALLY, WHAT ABOUT SHOES?

The evening will primarily be happening on the lawn. Plan to be walking on grass (and later, the dance floor).

FOOD/DRINK?

Food will be self-serve buffet style.
Open bar.
Juice boxes (kiddos only).

IS THERE A COVID VACCINATION/MASK PROTOL?

Nope. We’re trying to mitigate this by holding everything outside. That said, feel free to wear a mask if you want! IMPORTANT: if you are feeling sick, please take the night off. As much as we’d love to celebrate with you, respectfully, nobody wants your cooties. Thanks!

WHAT ABOUT PARKING?

Limited parking is available on the premises. But no worries—overflow parking is allowed along the road.

CAN I BRING A DATE OR MY KIDS?

Yes! But we’ll have a strict guest list to help plan for seating and food—RSVP only. Make sure to add your partner/date/kids as you fill the RSVP form.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY?

We’ll be flying out the next morning, so no additional partying for us after the reception (the Garden Club closes at 10pm). If you’re not ready to call it a night, head on over to Downtown Tampa or Ybor—you party animal.
